 Sharpen your tools.   Don't grind them!

The Tru-Grind Sharpening System is the simplest and easiest to set up and use. The dual pivot design allows you to sharpen almost all your turning tools quickly and easily, giving the same results time after time without the need to purchase add-on jigs or accessories. The tool holder will accept tools up to 1 3/8" or 33mm when the tool is clamped horizontaly. It will also accept skews and parting tools up to 1 1/4" or 30mm which are clamped in the vertical position.

The extra base and slide will allow the user to mount the Tru-Grind onto both sides of a double ended grinder as they are reversable. Many users have an extra base at both ends of the grinder to make the reshaping of gouges a lot simpler as well as being able to have a right hand Sturdy Rest set up on the coarser wheel for sharpening heavier tools that need a flat rest.

It fixes quickly to your existing Base & Slide of the Tru-Grind System in either of the two fixing holes or an additional Base & Slide can be purchased for the right hand wheel. When not in use, or when using the Tru-grind tool holder, the STURDY REST swings down out of the way to allow easy access to the grind wheel.

Due to it's versatility and the size of tool it will accept, it out performs all other tool holders for sharpening turning tools. It will hold tools 1 1/4 inches wide and 1 3/8 inches deep so there aren't many turning tools that it won't hold.
